Here’s how you can use it too.
Suppose your online class is at 7 am early in the morning and you need to wake up at 6 am early. When you lie in bed just before sleeping, close your eyes. Visualize that you had a great sleep and you are now waking up from bed. Visualize that you just woke up from bed and visualize you are seeing outside from your windows. When you saw outside, it was dark like it used to be early in the morning(You got the idea, right?!). Feel the atmosphere of morning. Now then imagine yourself watching time in phone and its sharp 6 am morning. That’s it. Open your eyes and say to your body that I’ll wake up tomorrow at sharp 6 am and I order my body to automatically help me waking up at 6 am. Done. Now sleep and see the magic.
Follow this. It’ll barely take 1 min when you form this habit. Try this at today’s night without setting alarm clock.
